(Natural News – JD Heyes) When President Donald Trump first began calling the American ‘mainstream media’ enemies of the people, the perfumed, blow-dried princes and princesses of the Fourth Estate were apoplectic.
‘How dare he call us that!’ they wailed. ‘We’re vitally necessary servants of the American people who are just trying to hold this scoundrel to account!’
But since Trump descended the escalator at Trump Tower in June 2015 to announce his bid for the GOP nomination, the media has published hit piece after hit piece, lie after lie, fake news report after fake news report about him, his administration, his businesses, and his personal life.
And one of the worst offenders is MSNBC. The president lives rent-free in the heads of every host and correspondent at the network, triggering their Trump Derangement Syndrome on a daily, and sometimes hourly, basis.
Just this week, network hosts have gone off the rails in their coverage of the president, serving alternately as a propaganda outlet for American anarchists and as a mouthpiece for Communist China.
Earlier this week, NeverTrump RINO Joe Scarborough, host of “Morning Joe,” fudged his way through a segment in which he went out of his way not to acknowledge the night violence in Portland, Ore., mostly directed against federal agents charged with protecting a federal courthouse that has come under siege by city resident anarchists.
In essence, ‘Schmoe’ blamed the federal agents for the violence being directed against them for the ‘crime’ of doing their jobs:
So, Commissioner Bratton, I want to talk to you about a few things. I wanna talk to you about the violence going on in Seattle and Oakland and Portland, but first let’s talk about the federal forces that Donald Trump and Bill Barr took out to Portland, and you saw the images of unidentified officers grabbing people, throwing them into unmarked cars and taking them away. Often without probable cause. Let’s start right there. What’s your reaction to what you have seen from the government’s side? From the Trump administration’s side?
How is that even a question, given that federal law requires the Department of Homeland Security to protect federal property?

It gets worse.
The following day, “Morning Joe recited every talking point that China’s authoritarian Communist regime could have dreamed” in trashing Trump administration foreign policy regarding Beijing (which isn’t our friend, by the way, and whose Commie leaders have been doing everything they can to undermine our country and steal our technology and secrets).
In bringing on Richard Haass, president of the Leftist/Globalist Council on Foreign Relations, Scarborough let his guest do Beijing’s bidding in trashing a speech given last week by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. “What he did, I thought, was misrepresent the past. He called engagement with China, a policy introduced by Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger, essentially a failure. Last I checked we cemented the Sino-Soviet split and we won the Cold War. I just don’t think we have the ability to bring about regime change in China,” Haass said.
This is blatant rewriting of history.
Nixon’s strategy (and those who followed) on re-establishing post-World War II relations with China (eventually to the detriment of Taiwan) was to bring about political change through democracy and capitalism. U.S. policy, for more than four decades, followed that line of thinking.
But as China grew richer thanks to one-sided trade policies that benefited Beijing at the cost of American jobs and industry, the ruling Communist Party simply grew more powerful and entrenched.
And Trump has sought to break that cycle of failure with policies that recognize the Chinese threat while moving to mitigate it — from a position of strength, the way Ronald Reagan handled the Soviet Union.
In cheerleading for Beijing while blaming the Trump administration for the anarchy in Portland, MSNBC has solidified its status as an enemy of the American people.
