A Utah fire department has launched an investigation after a local journalist showed up at the home of a paramedic and posted images of the home to social media, revealing that the paramedic donated $10 to the legal defense fund of Kyle Rittenhouse, the teen who shot multiple Antifa rioters while attempting to provide medical aid during civil unrest last year in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Earlier today, ABC 4 Utah journalist Jason Nguyen posted a photo of himself at the private residence of an unnamed paramedic in West Valley City, Utah. A Utah paramedic donated to the defense fund of Kyle Rittenhouse. It was first reported in the @guardian this morning. Rittenhouse is accused of killing two protesters in Kenosha, WI. I tried to get the paramedics side of things. See the story tonight at 10p @abc4utah,” wrote Nguyen.
Nguyen was roundly mocked on social media, but doubled down on his efforts to expose the Utah paramedic, who he later revealed donated only $10 to the Kenosha teen. According to Nguyen, the West Valley City Fire Department is now “conducting an investigation after a paramedic is caught donating $10 to the defense fund of Kyle Rittenhouse using his government email.”

As Media Right News reported, “This could cost him his job depending on whether his employers are weak or not, but he was hunted down at his own house, on his property for donating $10 dollars to the Rittenhouse defense fund. Kyle Rittenhouse has been villainized by the left, some may say following him killing two people during the Kenosha, Wisconsin riots in the summer of 2020.”
Last year, Rittenhouse’s mother announced a lawsuit against Joe Biden, who baselessly claimed that Rittenhouse is a “white supremacist.” There is no evidence that Rittenhouse harbors racist views.
“How dare [Joe Biden] do that to my son,” Wendy Rittenhouse said. “That’s my son that he did that too, and I’m not gonna back down to him. And [Kyle Rittenhouse] is not a white supremacist, and he’s not a racist. He’s my son, and I know him, and he is none that, what Joe Biden said.” She added, “Kyle is a caring young man. He went to Kenosha to help people. What Joe Biden did, showing my son’s picture and labeling him a white supremacist – I will take him down.”
