Video: Car With Anti-Trump Sticker Smashes Into Trump Merchandise Store

A deranged driver slammed his vehicle into a Donald Trump merchandise store on Thursday.

Footage from the Easton, Massachusetts store shows the moment the vehicle crashed through the storefront windows, sending merchandise flying and nearly hitting an elderly employee.

The driver of the Volkswagen Jetta, a 46-year-old man, plowed into the store around 5:10 PM before being taken to the hospital with non-critical injuries.

Easton police are privately investigating the motives behind the crash. The driver’s vehicle reportedly bore anti-Trump stickers. Alleged photos of the vehicle show a sticker in which Donald Trump’s picture has a Hitler mustache drawn on his nose and the caption, “those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities.”

“What matters is that everyone’s safe,” the trump merchandise store owner Keith Lambert said.

As NBC reported, “in December 2019, Lambert opened a series of New England for Trump stores across Massachusetts, featuring everything from playing cards to keychains featuring the now-former president.”

“Lambert said at the time that his search for one of Trump’s distinctive red “MAGA” hats in his home state, the very Democratic-leaning Massachusetts, led him to open up merchandise shops in Easton, Wilmington, Peabody, Hanson and Bellingham.”

Many social media users believe the crash was an intentional act of violence. One Twitter user commented on the event, “Clearly domestic terror that will not be classified or called out as such. They’re going to let this go until people die.”

Another user labeled the driver a “domestic terrorist,” adding, “but it’s ok since he hates Trump.”

Reddit users praised the driver’s actions. Users commented: “that car is doing god’s work,” “couldn’t have happened to a more deserving place,” and “f**k trump, the store and the racist morons who own it.”
