Sleepy Joe Biden gave another boring speech in Philadelphia on Tuesday after primary victories in Missouri, Mississippi and Michigan.
Sleepy Joe did not give a very exciting speech but at least he appeared to know where he was and he was able to recite the Declaration of Independence correctly.
Joe spoke for about 10 minutes.
Whatever they gave him before the speech worked.
This guy doesn’t have a PRAYER against the President Donald Trump.
