NBC legal analyst and former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner floated an insane legal theory on Tuesday and suggested Trump may have “criminal exposure” for ‘negligent homicide’ over his Coronavirus response.
Kirschner posted a tweetstorm asserting President Trump may be liable for the deaths caused by the Coronavirus.
So Barack Obama is also liable for the 60 million Americans who got Swine Flu in 2009 and the additional 12,000+ Americans who died?

Hey All. Can we talk about 1 of the few topics I may actually know too much about: homicide? Specifically, whether Donald Trump may have criminal exposure for some level of negligent homicide or voluntary/involuntary manslaughter for the way he’s mishandled the Coronavirus crisis

liability in an attempt to appropriately and ethically hold accountable those who were responsible for taking the life of a fellow human being. I think it’s fair to observe that there’s nothing more devestating to a family then losing a loved one to ether violent crime or to …

Kirschner then uses the deaths of Americans citizens to bring up potential campaign finance crimes committed by Trump.
homicide liability. This is not an easy question. Further, whereas the evidence is clear that Trump has committed multiple criminal offenses both before his tenure as president (campaign finance crimes) & during his time as president (obstruction of justice, bribery/extortion)…

“But the homicide liability MUST be addressed because ALL criminal charges will have to be investigated and, if the evidence dictates it, prosecuted come Jan. 2021. Stay tuned,” Kirschner said in closing.

This guy was a federal prosecutor for 22 years. How much more proof do we need that the feds are power-hungry psychopaths?
President Trump in January took action and barred non-US citizens who recently visited China from entering the US.
Furthermore, the Trump Admin announced it would quarantine any Americans who had visited China’s Hubei province, where the virus originally came from.
Last Wednesday evening President Trump announced a 30 day ban on flights from Europe.
The Trump Admin is also producing a Coronavirus vaccine faster than any other vaccine in history, but it’s never enough for the rabid left.
Harmeet Dhillon blasted Kirschner.
The most disturbing thing about your idiotic tweets is that you were a career federal prosecutor, underscoring the public's worst suspicions about how arrogant, out of touch, and power-hungry federal prosecutors can be. https://t.co/n0T5CYST8P

It sounds like you hurt a lot of people with dumb legal theories.
You're lucky I don't have a novel way to prosecute it. https://t.co/9R0TpsOKJz
