License Plate Tracking at Churches in Kentucky?

In Kentucky over the weekend, people who attended an in-person church service or any mass gathering were subject to having their license plates recorded and a follow-up order to isolate for 14 days. It doesn’t take a lot of imagination to see how this power might be used in the future.
