According to real estate agents, cell towers and antennas have always reduced property value.

Property owners and real estate professionals are right to be worried about the value of homes and apartments near mini cell towers (5G antennas).

According to a survey published in Realtor Magazine, 94% of home buyers said they are less interested and would pay less for a property located near a cell tower or antenna, and 79% of the respondents said they would never purchase or rent such a property.

American opposition to 5G is growing. Legislators in Hawaii recently introduced a bill stop 5G deployment until studies show it’s safe. That seems reasonable considering that telecom executives gave U.S. congressional testimony in 2019 that they have NO scientific evidence that 5G is safe.

The majority of scientists worldwide are opposed to deployment until studies show that it’s safe. In fact, cities worldwide AS WELL AS entire countries have taken action to ban, delay, halt, and limit installation as well as issue moratoriums (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. 13, 14).

American opposition to 5G technology is not limited to biological and environmental risks (see 1, 2). Federal agencies warn that it can threaten national security, public safety, and weather forecasting accuracy.

Engineers have also warned that 5G can overheat base stations. So there’s that too.
