In a stunningly transparent exercise of partisan politics. Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer told Meet the Press that all Americans have to do to discard the COVID masks and freely travel and associate is to vote for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on November 3, 2020.
Whitmer told MTP host Chuck Todd that the draconian lockdowns and COVID restrictions that she and other Democrat governors have inflicted on their states’ residents can all end if Americans “vote for change,” meaning voting for Joe Biden.
“[I]f you’re tired of wearing masks or you wish you were in church this morning or watching college football or wish your kids were in school in person,” Whitmer said to Todd, “it is time for change in the this country and that’s why we’ve got to elect Joe Biden.”

Whitmer Insisted that President Trump is fomenting “violence” by deferring to successes around the world in combatting the disease through the establishment of herd immunity as opposed to sequestration, quarantine, and fearmongering.
“Every moment that we are not focused on the fact that there are 220,000 Americans who have died from this virus is good for him,” Whitmer saber rattled. “So, in that sense, as he incites additional violence against people who are just trying to save one another’s lives. It’s good for him.”
The actual number of instances where COVID-19 was the sole cause of death of an individual is less than 6 percent or approximately 13,200 people. Ninety-Four percent of all deaths attributed to COVID-19 have had co-morbidity factors, and sometimes more than one.
In contrast, preliminary CDC estimates for the 2019-2020 influenza season top out at 62,000 people having died from the virus. There is no media sensationalism over these lives lost.
