Trump Campaign Attorney Rudy Giuliani name dropped Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss, in a virtual hearing with Georgia lawmakers. Freeman and Moss were caught counting ballots after observers were told to leave in a viral video.
“How can they say there is no fraud? Look at that woman. Look at her taking those ballots out. Look at them scurrying around with the ballots, nobody in the room, hiding around. They look like they’re passing out dope, not just ballots. It is quite clear that they are stealing votes,” said Giuliani before the Georgia House Governmental Affairs Committee on Thursday.
Giuliani then showed Georgia lawmakers the video of Ruby Freeman and four other individuals pulling out cases of ballots after observers left. “Unbelievable,” said Giuliani.
“People shouldn’t get away with this. I’m not sure I know the names of these people, I think I do,” said Giuliani. “I think the woman in charge here is named Ruby Freeman and I think her daughter Shaye Freeman Moss either was helping her here or helping her earlier.”

As National File reported, Ruby Freeman was being supervised by her own daughter, also seen in the video.
“After the first vote counter was identified as Ruby Freeman, National File has now identified the person who provided the mysterious suitcases full of votes as Freeman’s daughter.
In an October 26 Facebook live stream, Freeman said “Y’all want to know who my new supervisor is? It’s my daughter.” She added that “I just do what she say do and it’s her show baby, it’s her show.”
Freeman’s daughter and supervisor, Shaye Moss, has been counting ballots in Democrat precincts for years, and even was celebrated by Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections for processing 10 thousand voting applications by herself, as National File reported.
“Wandrea “Shaye” Moss pulled suitcases of ballots from under a table after legal observers had been sent home, and was also caught on video surreptitiously passing around a USB drive she was given by her mother to an unidentified bearded black male.
Moss, alongside her mother, then proceeded to count the suitcase ballots while unsupervised. Ruby Freeman was caught on camera repeatedly scanning the same batch of ballots multiple times on no less than three occasions during small two-minute video clip.”
So-called “fact checkers” like those at Lead Stories have published claims that election observers were not told to leave that night, but those claims have been debunked, as National File reported.
“However, an investigation by National File demonstrated that their work relied on wildly contradictory statements by Georgia election officials, misleading statements about Georgia law and blatant mischaracterizations of eyewitness testimony.
The viral video put out by President Trump’s legal team shows:
- Ballot containers resembling suitcases were hidden under a table at 8:22 a.m. on Election Day
- At roughly 10:30 p.m., partisan and independent vote watchers left the building
- At 10:57 p.m., election officials removed the containers from underneath the tablecloth
- Those election officials counted ballots from those containers for roughly two hours”
Georgia continues to remain contentious as rumors swirl that at least one Georgia representative may sign on to the famous Texas lawsuit challenging the election, despite Georgia being named in the lawsuit.
