Joe Biden on Monday delivered remarks on the US economy as his babysitter Kamala Harris hovered around him.
The April jobs report released on Friday was so bad that it stunned the talking heads at CNBC’s “Squawk Box.”
“The worst miss, we’re told, since ’98.”

18,000 manufacturing jobs were lost and the economy added only 266,000 jobs.
“Hiring was a huge letdown in April, with nonfarm payrolls increasing by a much less than expected 266,000 and the unemployment rate rose to 6.1% amid an escalating shortage of available workers,” reported CNBC.
The shortage of available workers is due to people being paid by the government to stay home and do nothing.
Joe Biden on Monday claimed workers aren’t being paid to stay home, then he got confused and said the exact opposite.
“There’s been a lot of discussion since Friday’s report that people are being paid to stay home rather than go to work but we don’t see much evidence of that,” Biden said before doing a 180. “That is a major factor — we, we don’t see that, that…look…”
