BREAKING: Would-Be DC Bomber Has Surrendered To Law Enforcement

A man identified by media as Ray Roseberry, a North Carolina man who threatened to detonate an explosive device outside the U.S. Library of Congress, went live on Facebook to discuss his motivations. After a long rant, and as “False Flag” trended on Twitter, Roseberry has now surrendered himself to law enforcement. It appears that no bombs have gone off.

The man who sat outside of the library of Congress with supposed bombs in his car has now surrendered himself to law enforcement. It appears that none of the explosive devices have gone off.

Just prior to the suspects surrender, “False Flag” trended on Twitter, with users expressing their scepticism of the events, as National File reported. “Pro tip: running false flag events when nobody trusts you and are wise to your previous hoaxes is not a good success strategy,” tweeted one user.
