Joe Biden said at an event in Connecticut that he likes kids “better than people,” because they like him, adding that “everyone knows” he is a fan of children.
During a press conference in Connecticut, designed to promote the child care policies of his “Build Back Better” agenda, Joe Biden told the audience that he likes kids “better than people,” in a bizarre quip.
“When I talked to all your folks out in the playground, I joked that everyone knows I like kids better than people,” Biden said. “Fortunately, they like me, that’s why maybe I like them.”

Weirdly, this is not the first time that Biden has made almost these exact same creepy comments. As National File reported, Biden last made the comments with during an appearance with CNN’s Anderson Cooper in February.
Biden pointed at Cooper and said, “and you know you enjoy being home with the baby more, I don’t wanna hear this.” When Cooper responded in the affirmative, Biden laughed and continued, “I get it, no, no, everybody knows I like kids better than people.” (READ MORE: Joe Biden Clarifies That He Is Not ‘Hiding People And Sucking The Blood Of Children’)
He also made extremely similar comments in April 2019. When speaking at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) construction and maintenance conference, Biden invited a number of children onto the stage with him. “Everybody knows I like kids better than people,” he said, after he hugged a young boy who he claimed had giving him “permission to touch him.”
Biden has been widely accused of strange and creepy behaviour when it comes to children. National File last year obtained a copy of what was identified by a whistleblower as Ashley Biden’s diary, which detailed her “unhealthy relationship with sex, and the ‘probably not appropriate’ showers she shared as a young girl with her father, Joe Biden.”
