An Afghan man has been arrested and charged with a felony for reportedly raping a young woman in Montana. The foreign national had been evacuated from Afghanistan during Biden’s disastrous withdrawal and had been relocated to the state by the US State Department.
The Afghan national, Zabihullah Mohmand, was NOT fully vetted by the federal government before DHS released him into the general population. He also wasn’t even a refugee who qualified for a Special Immigrant Visa, instead, he was released as a “parolee.”
According to court documents, the 18-year-old victim – who is only identified as Jane Doe – says that she met the alleged attacker and two other men at a bar before agreeing to go to a house party. After they had left the bar, they informed her there was no party, at which point she reluctantly agreed to go back to their hotel – but made it clear that she “did not want anything to happen.”
Shortly after arriving at the room, Mohmand would not let her leave and before she knew it, he began the vicious attack, she explained to police through tears.
Her neck had “significant bruising and red marks” that resulted from the assault, according to the police report.
From the Missoulian:
“While telling the police her story, she then began crying. She and Mohmand did have sex, she said, adding “(she) just couldn’t get him off me.” Mohmand wouldn’t let her leave, she told law enforcement. She also mentioned that another man was in the room during the assault. When she eventually left the room to get an Uber, Mohmand allegedly followed her out and tried to stop her from leaving.
In cellphone correspondence with her friend, the woman reported being raped. Her neck had significant bruising and red marks, charging documents said. She told officers Mohmand had held her down on the bed by placing his hand around her neck with force.”
On Thursday, the office of Montana Governor Greg Gianforte (R) verified the news in a statement, saying that an Afghan national that Biden relocated to Montana had indeed been charged with felony sexual assault.
The Governor also specifically called the Biden administration out for not fully vetting these incoming Afghans – as is required by federal law – before resettling them.
From his statement:
“This situation and others across the country raise serious concerns about whether the Biden administration is meeting its obligations to fully vet Afghans prior to resettlement. I’m calling on President Biden to immediately halt resettlements to Montana until federal agencies provide me with adequate assurance that Afghans coming to Montana are fully vetted in accordance with federal law.”
Montana Lawmakers Sen. Steve Daines (R) and Rep. Matt Rosendale (R) also issued statements about the brutal sexual assault.
Rosendale explained how Mohmand “did not go through the 14-step, 18-24 month vetting process required to obtain a visa” and was instead paroled into the country by Biden’s DHS without proper screening.
The lawmaker demanded that Biden immediately stop resettling Afghan nationals across the nation and that the state department begins removing ‘evacuees’ that have already been resettled.
“For months I have warned of the consequences of admitting and resettling unvetted Afghan nationals throughout our country. These unvetted Afghans do not share our culture and our values, and as this horrific incident shows, they represent a serious risk to our communities.
We cannot allow this administration to continue to jeopardize the safety of our communities and the security of our nation in the name of empathy. I urge the Biden Administration to immediately halt the resettlement of Afghan nationals across our nation and begin to remove Afghan evacuees that have been resettled from the United States.”
Daines confirmed that the rape suspect was “admitted to the United States and placed in Montana under humanitarian parole” and not under the SIV program that is traditionally used for refugees that flee hostile nations.
He also called on Biden to immediately stop importing Afghans because of the administration’s failure to provide answers about who exactly is coming into the US.
“The fallout and consequences from President Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan continue. While I support assisting our fully-vetted Afghan allies who served alongside our armed forces, President Biden has failed to provide answers as to who has come into the country or if they have been fully vetted according to what’s required by law.
I’ve spoken to Governor Gianforte about this situation, and I stand with him in calling on President Biden to stop all Afghan resettlements to Montana until we get answers.”
Biden and his administration should be held criminally responsible for their outright negligence and anti-American policies that have led to countless inexcusable situations like this one.
This is just the latest, clear-cut example of Biden and this fraudulent regime putting America, and Americans, LAST.
