One of the men was ejected from the establishment so he walked over to his pick-up truck, grabbed a firearm and fired 15 shots into the building.
One of the bullets that went through the glass window struck Jailene Holton in the head.
Holton, who was an innocent bystander and not a part of the dustup at the pool table, was rushed to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital where she later died, WPVI reported.
The three men fled the bar and took off in a dark pick-up truck.
Police are still searching for the suspect.
