Fiona Hill to Moderate “Cyber Disruption and Disinformation” Discussion at Naval Academy

Fiona Hill will be moderating a discussion on “Cyber Disruption and Disinformation” on Thursday, September 29th at the US Naval Institute.  Hill is infamous for her hearsay testimony in the first impeachment back in September 2021 regarding a phone call she was not party to.  She was also called out by Roger Stone as a Deep State operative with ties to George Soros (worked for Open Society from 2000 to 2006).

According to Real Clear Investigations, Hill is friends with Igor Danchenko, the researcher responsible for the Steele Dossier, as well as the author of the dossier himself, Christopher Steele:

Danchenko first ran into trouble with the law as he began working for Brookings — the preeminent Democratic think tank in Washington — where he struck up a friendship with Fiona Hill, the White House adviser who testified against Trump during last year’s impeachment hearings. Danchenko has described Hill as a mentor, while Hill has sung his praises as a “creative” researcher.

Hill is also close to his boss Steele, who she’d known since 2006. She met with the former British intelligence officer during the 2016 campaign and later received a raw, unpublished copy of the now-debunked dossier.

Also party to the “discussion” will be Dr. Bilyana Lilly, geopolitical risk lead at the Krebs Stamos Group.

The Krebs Stamos Group is a new cybersecurity consultancy firm started by former CISA director Christopher Krebs, who prematurely claimed the 2020 election was the “most secure in American history.”  We now know this to be wildly untrue, despite the continuous cries from legacy media.

Co-founder of the Krebs Stamos Group, Alex Stamos, was previously the chief security officer for Facebook prior to becoming Director of the Stanford Observatory Group.  The Stanford Observatory Group is one of four co-authors of the “The Long Fuse” report, which openly admits that non-profits acted at the behest of the government to censor Americans on social media platforms. In the linked article, it is shown that they were also paid by the federal government in doing so.

Ironically, the Krebs Stamos Group’s reported “first customer” is SolarWinds.   SolarWinds is the subject of one of the most intrusive breaches in US history in December 2020.  “The Long Fuse” report falsely accuses The Gateway Pundit of claiming Dominion used the same SolarWinds software:

To the contrary, in the article cited by The Long Fuse, The Gateway Pundit simply claims that Dominion used “SolarWinds”, which they did.  It can be verified on the WayBack Machine here, but was coincidentally removed from Dominion’s site the next day, as can be seen here.

It will be interesting to see how a discussion on disinformation goes between a representative of an entity that is complicit in the censorship of American citizens at the behest of the federal government, and a woman who has been closely linked to more disinformation than an entire season of The View.  But one thing is certain: it is disheartening to see such a historic and revered institution as the US Naval Academy hosting a discussion to openly infringe on our First Amendment rights.
