How China Uses the Real Estate Industry to Support Its Espionage and Subversion Against the United States

How China uses the real estate industry to support its espionage and subversion against the United States.

Over the last four decades, China has de facto colonized the United States with a cadre of business and academic professionals, who, although becoming U.S. citizens, have remained loyal to the Chinese Communist Party.

A key element supporting China’s espionage and subversive activities in the U.S. is the real estate industry, which uses 100% Chinese-owned and operated real estate agencies and small corporate entities as vehicles to move money and intelligence agents through traditional Chinese-American communities and to create a critical mass of pro-Beijing Chinese populating strategically important U.S. businesses, research centers and properties nearby military installations.

Superficially, most Chinese real estate agents operate in a normal fashion, but can also act as facilitators for Chinese intelligence agents embedded in the real estate agency itself or in the local community.

Offshore corporations and often complicated and convoluted connections between appearing and disappearing Chinese-owned companies obscure financial and property transactions involving people with no obvious reason to participate in those transactions.

It provides a perfect cover and an operational supply chain for non-official cover (NOC) Chinese intelligence agents, without diplomatic immunity, who are usually “sanitized” at intermediate locations outside or inside the U.S. before arriving at their target area of operation in the United States.

One suspected agent established himself in Canada before moving to the U.S., where he has been linked to suspicious offshore accounts and being remotely involved in real estate transactions for properties located near critical U.S military installations in the Hawaiian Islands, although otherwise having no apparent connections to Hawaii.

The Chinese Hawaiian Island real estate network is connected to similar networks in Los Angeles, San Francisco, particularly Silicon Valley, Dallas-Fort Worth and Flushing, New York.

To expand upon an image, which uses fictitious names of individuals and companies and was previously published by The Gateway Pundit to describe the Hawaiian network, the main player, Gao “George” Yang, shown in the image below, is the actual agent, who came to the U.S. from Canada and is presently operating out of a 100% Chinese-owned and operated real estate agency in California.

Chinese, who emigrated from the People’s Republic of China and established themselves in the United States 30-40 years ago after the “Opening” of China under the Nixon Administration, have provided the foundation to support the newly-arriving, hard-core Chinese Communist Party operatives.

The names, addresses and photographs of many of the individuals involved, the real estate agencies they represent and the corporate entities connected to their operations in the Hawaiian Islands and California have been identified.

Unfortunately, with the China-compromised Biden regime in power in Washington D.C., a politically-contaminated Federal Bureau of Investigation and a neutered Republican Party, there is no one to tell and no one to do anything about the ongoing Chinese espionage and subversive activities in the United States.

The duty to protect the nation then falls upon local law enforcement and the local military commanders to investigate, expose and, when appropriate, prosecute Chinese espionage agents.
