Disturbing security camera footage captured the moment a 28-year-old woman suddenly dropped dead from a suspected heart attack while working out at a gym in Ecuador. The woman — who was identified as Betsy Dayana Jaramillo Ramírez — is believed to have suffered a heart attack at Zona Muscular gym in Santa Rosa, El Oro province, on November 29, the New York Post reported.
The disturbing footage shows Ramirez doing squats and weightlifting before she suddenly fell face first on the floor. Other gymgoers immediately rushed to help Ramirez, who appeared unresponsive. Gymgoers then put her in the recovery position while they waited for paramedics to arrive.
Ramirez was rushed to Santa Teresita Hospital but was showing no signs of life. She was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Police and authorities have not yet released an official cause of death, though it is strongly believed that she died of a heart attack. Family members have said that the 28-year-old woman frequented the gym where she collapsed.
