JUST IN: “Defamation Attorneys Are Being Consulted” – Former Arizona AG Election Unit Head Jennifer Wright Starts Defamation Claim After Fake News Smears Her, Claims She Was Fired

New Leftist Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes

former Assistant Attorney General and head of the Election Integrity Unit Jennifer Wright came under fire from the Fake News Media, likely due to her willingness to pursue election fraud investigations, after resigning from her position before radical leftist Kris Mayes took office.

The Gateway Pundit reported that after the questionable and likely fraudulent Midterm Election in Arizona, Jennifer Wright fired off a letter to Maricopa County demanding answers related to the administration of the General Election in Maricopa County.

The Gateway Pundit reported that on Election Day in Maricopa County, over 50% of tabulators and printers failed the moment that polls opened, causing voters to be turned away from the polls and creating long wait times of four hours or more. According to cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh’s testimony, this was an intentional act aimed at disenfranchising Republican voters who turned out 3:1 for Trump-Endorsed candidates. County Elections officials failed to give an adequate explanation of these failures and seemingly lied under oath in Kari Lake’s recent trial. This and other election catastrophes in Maricopa County possibly stole the election from Kari Lake.

The potentially libelous article by AZ Central criticizes her for raising concerns about Maricopa County’s incompetence. The report states,

an investigation by The Arizona Republic in November found Wright was criticizing county officials and raising dubious claims about procedures 10 days before she sent her demand.

Wright, in a series of Twitter posts that began on Election Day, suggested county officials were incompetent and claimed they weren’t counting votes fast enough. She also posted support of far-right Republican candidates and issues weeks before the election.

“Incompetence on top of incompetence,” Wright wrote in back-to-back tweets on Nov. 9. “In all my years of election work, it has never taken this long for Maricopa to report Election Day Results. Never. Ever. Ever.”

Previously, during the Arizona Senate’s audit of the 2020 Election, Wright put the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on notice with a demand to preserve evidence.

Because of this, the fraud media cabal in Arizona is likely doing whatever it takes to discredit Wright and prevent her from speaking out on her election investigations. An article from Arizona Central falsely claimed that Wright “was removed from her position” and given the choice to resign “or be fired.”

AZ Daily Independent reported,

The former head of the Arizona Attorney General’s election integrity unit has retained a lawyer and taken the first step required by state law to initiate a defamation lawsuit after the Arizona Republic published an article earlier this week asserting she “was removed from her position” by new Attorney General Kris Mayes.

According to the Jan. 5 article, Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright was told to resign “or be fired” as one of Mayes’ first official acts after being sworn in Jan. 2. The article by reporter Robert Anglen notes the information about Wright’s employment came from Mayes’ office.

That same day, Republic editor Elvia Diaz shared Anglen’s article on Twitter along with a comment that Mayes “fires assistant attorney general who launched dubious Arizona election probe.”

The only problem, Wright says, is she can prove she had already resigned from the AG’s office a few days earlier. Which means she was not a state employee at the time Mayes took office nor when someone in that office told Anglen that Wright was ousted by the new AG.

On Saturday, Arizona Daily Independent confirmed Wright has issued a Notice and Demand for correction pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 12-653.2. She noted that “every second the tweets and erroneous article is available incurs further damage.”

Such a demand is necessary to allow Wright to pursue certain damages as part of a defamation action.

Originally published on January 5, the article was updated on January 6. However, the author, leftist hack Robert Anglen, did not delete his tweet, which falsely states,

EXCLUSIVE: Controversial Election Integrity Unit leader ousted from Arizona AG’s office. Jennifer Wright supported far right candidates and used her office to investigate their losses.

Wright called AZ Central out on Twitter and set the facts straight.

1) I resigned before Mayes took office (confirm on @LinkedIn & AGO HR)

2) @robertanglen made no attempts to contact me (contact info on Linked In)

3) I headed the CIVIL side of EIU & never participated in ANY criminal investigations.

Hack journalist Anglen responded to this tweet, claiming that he tried to reach out to Wright on Linked In for comment because he was blocked from her Twitter.

However, Wright destroyed him by releasing correspondence with the journalist where he admits he did not seek her comment in any way, stating, “I did not think to connect via LinkedIn.”.

Anglen simply added a sentence to correct his article, explaining, “Wright, in a social media post Thursday, denied she was fired. She said she resigned before Mayes took office. Her LinkedIn page says she stopped working at the Attorney General’s Office in December 2022.”

Wright also provided another report showing that she resigned before Kris Mayes arrived, along with emails showing a response to her resignation.

Wright then shared screenshots of corrections that she sent to AZ Central on January 6. “They have not made any of my latest corrections,” said Wright. She followed this up by announcing that she is consulting attorneys, and the source who gave this “lie” to the media “better be prepared to testify in court with receipts.”

Defamation attorneys are being consulted. The source in @krismayes‘s office that continues to lie that I was given an ultimatum better be prepared to testify in court with receipts (spoiler alert: there aren’t any because it didn’t happen).

The left continues to harass good Americans who want election integrity.
