Asa Hutchinson’s international law firm boasts of having companies from Communist China as clients. The Asa Hutchinson Law Group takes money from Chinese companies that got sweetheart deals at the expense of Arkansas taxpayers. The firm’s website proudly lists its Chinese clients but portions of the site are blocked when using American IP addresses.
Dragon Woodland, Risever Equipment & Machinery, and T.Y. Garments are Chinese companies from the Shandong Province and all of them benefited from Arkansas tax dollar packages via the state’s economic development fund, which was controlled by former Governor Asa Hutchinson
Other clients listed include another foreign company from Cambodia and the globalist retail juggernaut Wal-Mart.
On November 27, 2019, a local ABC station in Little Rock filed a report titled “Is the Governor of Arkansas’ Son Benefiting from His Father’s Position”.
Chronologically documenting the Hutchinson family’s ties to Communist China, the report reads in part:
“In 2016, TY Garments USA was offered an annual tax rebate worth nearly $1.6 million, including a $1 million infrastructure assistance grant and a $500,000 stipend for worker training.
In 2017, Hefei Risever Machinery announced they were coming to Jonesboro. The state offered the company $1 million from a state incentive fund and a $100,000 training grant including payroll rebates and sales tax refunds.
In April 2019, the Dragon Woodland Corporation in Helena-West Helena held its grand opening. They received more than $1 million, including money for training, equipment and road improvements.”
The same Chinese companies that received sweetheart deals at the expense of Arkansas taxpayers are also doing business with Asa Hutchinson’s law firm on the side.
The Hutchinson revelations are the latest example of an American politician who courts foreign governments who make their children rich, at the expense of their own country. This should be highly illegal and is further evidence that a communist takeover of America is underway in both political parties, with then Hutchinsons’ dealings drawing an easy comparison to those of the Bidens.
Former Governor Hutchinson is listed prominently on the Asa Hutchinson Law Group’s website as its “founder”.
Curiously, over the last several weeks the website has blocked American IP addresses from browsing the site and was only accessible via VPN services using a Spanish IP address. The law firm claims to have an office in Madrid.
As of this writing the homepage of the website has now been made accessible to United States IP addresses. However, the section of the website that provides more detail about Governor Asa Hutchinson remains blocked to U.S. IP addresses.
When using a Spanish IP address the hidden content is revealed and reads in part: “After a long career in the law and public service, Asa Hutchinson fulfilled his long-time dream to practice law with his son, Asa III, when the two founded The Asa Hutchinson Law Group, PLC in 2008. Together they served clients from across the world for six years, until the elder Hutchinson was elected in 2014 as the 46th Governor of the State of Arkansas…” Other pages on the website are also blocked at the time of this writing.
Curiously, the former governor’s son, Asa Hutchinson III, is still listed on the law group’s website as a “managing partner” despite losing his law license earlier this year after being arrested for driving while intoxicated. According to reports, police found cocaine in his pocket. Similar to Hunter Biden, Asa Hutchinson III has a long history of alcohol/drug abuse as well as a long history of arrests.
However, drug abuse is not the only similarity between Hunter Biden and the former Arkansas Governor’s son. Asa Hutchinson III claims his work with Chinese Communist Party-backed companies involves immigration and visa services. When asked about the shady business dealings with China, Hutchinson III told Arkansas-based Talk Business & Politics his work involved “obtaining employment-based, non-immigrant visas” for employees of companies that received sweetheart taxpayer-funded deals. Similarly, Tony Bobulinski told Fox News host Tucker Carlson that Hunter Biden claimed his legal services rendered to the Chinese energy company CFC were immigration and visa related.
Asa Hutchinson recently announced a bid for the White House which is expected to be an uphill battle considering the popularity of the America First agenda within the GOP base. President Donald Trump’s anti-China foreign policies will provide a stark contrast to Hutchinson’s friendly and profitable relationship with the Communist Chinese.
