Joe Biden’s Department of Justice arrested their top political opponent on Wednesday. Donald Trump’s arrest marks the first time in American history that a president has been arrested on federal charges. Following his arrest, Trump’s Attorney Alina Habba likened Trump’s arrest to something you would see in Cuba or Venezuela.
Prior to leaving Doral to head to the Miami Courthouse, Donald Trump posted on TruthSocial, “ON MY WAY TO COURTHOUSE. WITCH HUNT!!! MAGA.”

As Trump was making his way to the courthouse, Andrew McCabe was making an appearance on CNN, attempting to justify the indictment of Trump to the American public. The irony of this is insane because McCabe was caught lying to lawmakers and the FBI in an effort to get Trump. McCabe never faced charges for his lies.

Once Trump arrived at the Miami Courthouse, Jack Smith, who Joe Biden’s Attorney General appointed, personally oversaw the arrest and booking of Donald Trump. Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Following his arrest, Trump Attorney Alina Habba told the media, “The targeting prosecution of a leading political opponent is the type of thing you see in dictatorships like Cuba and Venezuela.” The pro-Trump crowd behind Habba could be heard yelling ‘Let’s Go, Brandon.’

Before his arrest, Trump pointed out Jack Smith’s political motivations in a post on TruthSocial writing, ” Will Deranged Jack Smith be looking at the thousands of pages of documents that Biden had in Chinatown then, when caught, quickly sent up to Boston? What about the 1,850 Boxes that Biden is fighting to keep secret? How about Hillary’s 33,000 emails that she deleted and acid washed? Will he be looking at the $5,000,000 bribe that was paid to Biden but that the Justice Department is trying to hide? Much more coming on that! We are living in a Third World Country. Trump will head back to his club in Bedminster, New Jersey, to address the nation at 8:15 est Wednesday night.
