President Trump Reveals Jack Smith Will Arrest Him on J6 Charges

Last Updated on July 18, 2023

45th President Donald J. Trump revealed on TruthSocial Tuesday that Joe Biden’s tool Jack Smith will soon be arresting him on J6-related charges. If Trump faces J6 charges, the President will most likely be arrested and tried in Washington, D.C. This signals Democrats are attempting to jail Trump before the 2024 election in another desperate attempt to stop the America First movement and the American People it represents.

The key part in Trump’s statement read, “Deranged Jack Smith, the prosecutor with Joe Biden’s DOJ, sent a letter (again, it was Sunday night) stating that I am a TARGET of the January 6th Grand Jury investigation, and giving me a very short 4 days to report to the Grand Jury, which almost always means an Arrest and Indictment.”

Trump also posted on TruthSocial, ” WITCH HUNT!!! CROOKED JOE BIDEN & HIS INJUSTICE DEPARTMENT WANT TO INDICT & ARREST HIS PRESUMED POLITICAL OPPONENT (ME!), WHO IS LEADING HIM IN THE POLLS IN THE UPCOMING PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 2024. SUCH A THING HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN OUR COUNTRY BEFORE…AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAMPAIGN??? ELECTION INTERFERENCE & PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT!!!”

Trump’s impending arrest of J6 charges would likely take place in Washington, D.C. Trump would never receive a fair trial in the District of Columbia.

As Trump continues to expand his lead on Joe Biden, Democrats are likely going to attempt a quick D.C. trial to jail Trump before the 2024 election.

If Trump is jailed before the 2024 election, the Democrat-controlled swing states of Wisconsin and Michigan will likely try to remove Trump off the ballot sighting the 14th Amendment.

Given the Supreme Court’s recent rulings, it’s highly probable that SCOUTS would strike down Wisconsin and Michigan’s attempts to remove Trump from the ballot. SCOUTS may also step in and void Trump’s convection if Trump is convicted and jailed in D.C. before the election.
