Jack Smith is attempting to issue a silencing protective order against Donald Trump following Trump’s Friday night Truth Social post, despite the fact this post was about the globalist PAC Club for Growth, not Jack Smith.
Prior to departing for his high-energy speech in Alabama, Trump wrote on Truth Social, “If you go after me, I am coming after you.”
Following Trump’s speech, Jack Smith attempted to issue a protective order against Trump. The key part of the order reads, “Such a restriction is particularly important in this case because the defendant has previously issued public statements on social media regarding witnesses, judges, attorneys, and others associated with legal matters pending against him. And in recent days, regarding this case, the defendant has issued multiple posts–either specifically or by implication–including the following, which the defendant posted just hours ago.”
The Trump campaign responded with a statement highlighting that Trump’s Truth post was referring to the globalist PAC Club for Growth and not Jack Smith. The statement read, “The Truth post cited is the definition of political speech, and was in response to the RINO, China-loving, dishonest special interest groups and Supers PACs, like the ones funded by the Koch brothers and the Club for No Growth.”

Jack Smith is using a lie in an attempt to limit Donald Trump’s free speech. This should not be surprising as Smith’s whole J6 case against Trump is an attack on the 1st Amendment.

Smith and the rest of the Biden White House likely saw Trump’s huge crowd in Alabama on Friday night. The Biden White House is aware that they must limit Trump’s speech before they can achieve their goal of jailing Trump before the election.
Globalists know they cannot beat Trump with facts and truth, so they are resorting to lies and censorship.
