Ex-Mississippi Gov. Says Major Donors Holding Back Contributions To Trump For Fear Of ‘FBI Knocking At Door’

Weaponized government has citizens living in fear

Former GOP Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant, now serving as the Trump campaign’s finance director for the state, recently revealed wealthy Americans are afraid of being targeted by the FBI if they contribute to the ex-president.

Explaining he is tasked with raising money for the Trump campaign, Bryant said, “I’ve talked to a number of very wealthy individuals God has blessed that say, ‘I can’t give money to Donald Trump because the FBI would show up at my door.’”

The ex-governor said he tells these people to think about the state of the nation where a person cannot make “a legitimate, honest campaign contribution to the Republican nominee” without the FBI coming to their door.

“They acknowledge that’s the reality,” he said.

The clip is going viral online as people highlight the nation has become a banana republic with the Democrat weaponization of government.
