Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) announced Wednesday night he plans to file a censure motion against Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) for threats he made against Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh at a pro-choice rally in front of the Court as inside the justices heard arguments on a Louisiana abortion law case, June Medical Services LLC v. Russo.
Schumer said, “I want to tell you Gorsuch! And I want to tell you Kavanaugh! You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you! If you go forward with these awful decisions…”
Hawley posted about his intentions in response to Chief Justice John Roberts issuing a statement condemning Schumer’s threats.
“Now @chuckschumer is threatening Supreme Court Justices personally, to the point of implying their physical safety is endangered. Disgusting, shameful, and frankly, WEAK…I would call on Schumer to apologize, but we all know he has no shame. So tomorrow I will introduce a motion to censure Schumer for his pathetic attempt at intimidation of #SupremeCourt”

Schumer gives the thumbs down as he mentions Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.
Schumer turns and points at the Supreme Court building behind him and menacingly screams as he shakes his fist:
“I want to tell you Gorsuch! And I want to tell you Kavanaugh! You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you! If you go forward with these awful decisions…”
