The 2020 presidential election marks the first time in US history that universal mail-in voting has been employed on such a large scale. The propensity for fraud exists, but one side isn’t currently acknowledging this possibility.
Regardless of what side of the aisle you find yourself socially-distanced in, voter integrity should matter, given it upholds a democratic process. Is democracy an illusion? Does hatred for orange man trump voter integrity?
How about assuaging Americans’ concerns in a supposed democratic country? Without voter integrity, we are just another Banana Republic.

For the last three weeks since the election, the president’s legal team has been receiving a deluge of information regarding voter irregularities and potential fraud.
“Fake ballots. Back-dated ballots. Unobserved ballots. Unsigned ballots. Mountains of them. From multiple states,” notes legendary journalist Jon Rappoport.
Of course, human errors and innocent mistakes do occur.
“Counting processes have all sorts of innocent errors, and weirdness in data is well understood by anyone who has ever worked with it,” writes Revolver News, in an article on potential fraud in PA.
Machines can break. Data can get transcribed wrong. Code updating websites, both for governments and data vendors, can be faulty. Genuine ballots may be incorrectly classified as one type or another during the counting process. Corrections of earlier errors, even if well-intentioned, may be incorrectly assumed to be additional errors.
But how about the other types of errors? Aside from benign slip-ups, there are myriad reports of irregularities involving mail-in voting throughout the nation, not to mention issues having to do with the electronic voting machines used along with its software.
Are Biden supporters correct when they say there is no credible evidence, and that all assertions are conspiratorial, unconstitutional, far-fetched, and flimsy?
“The existence of technical flaws does not establish that an attack occurred, much less that it altered an election outcome,” wrote a group of scientists, including Matt Blaze McDevitt, Professor of Computer Science and Law at Georgetown University. The signers of the letter also stated that to their collective knowledge, “no credible evidence has been put forth that supports a conclusion that the 2020 election outcome in any state has been altered through technical compromise.”
Okay. While we can hopefully agree that claims should be supported by persuasive and verifiable evidence, going as far as to say this has been the “most secure election in American history” seems a bit of a stretch. At this point, I’d argue it’s a red flag.
The official narrative insists the mere suggestion of any wrongdoing is a crazy undemocratic conspiracy by Orange Man and his followers. Why is the mainstream media engaged in gaslighting to a degree fit for a nighttime soap opera, while social media platforms censor non-cookie cutter voices? (While writing this piece, I was locked out of my Twitter account for simply sharing an article that links Dominion Voting Systems with the CCP).
“It’s in everyone’s interest to have a full vetting of election irregularities and fraud,” says attorney Rudy Guiliani, who is part of President Trump’s legal team.
“The transparency of the elections is the cornerstone of our Republic, and the allegations being made need to be investigated for Americans to have confidence in this election and future ones,” adds Trey Trainor, Commissioner, and current Chairman Federal Election Commission (FEC), an independent regulatory agency charged with administering and enforcing the federal campaign finance laws.
Every American should freely be able to ask questions about the legitimacy of the election process, so it’s regrettable and suspect that Big Tech has chosen the path of censorship, while the mainstream is busy ignoring, projecting, dismissing, and discarding. One statistician told me in confidence that he no longer wishes to go on the record due to threats and admonishment.
“What is going on in this country (in terms of election fraud) is horrible & the censorship you (MSM/big tech) are imposing is making it worse,” Rudy Giuliani said in a presser November 19th. “The coverage of this has been almost as dishonest as the scheme itself.”
Tired of the misguided efforts trying to distort reality?
What happens when both sides ask you the very same thing?
Where lies the truth?
After poring over hundreds of articles, reading affidavits signed under perjury of law, lawsuits, conducting interviews, reviewing this crowdsourcing tool for journalists along with this comprehensive document, and watching canvasser Zoom calls, I can attest there is enough “evidence” to at the very least entertain the possibility of irregularities on a massive scale.
In a recent commentary in The Epoch Times, Newt Gingrich writes, “Stealing the 2020 election was a mammoth undertaking, involving widespread lawlessness and illicit partnerships between private actors and public officials.”
That’s quite a far cry from this election being Fort Knox safe.
Before we take a deeper dive, please consider this is a fast moving train.
In Part One, we looked at an overview of potential election fraud. In this follow-up, we delve in the media, Dominion, and the mania involving mail-in voting. In future series, I will go over specific allegations in the battle states of MI, PA, GA, and NV. Incidentally, these swing states all used the Dominion Voting Systems. These states are also where Trump has filed suits.
The Rona Regime, Mail-In Mania & Dominionizing The Vote
Let’s face it, we are in this veritable election mess due to the Rona, which fueled the verve for mail-in voting. Except wait, Rona is a psyop. Despite the mainstream media and COVID19 Task Force’s narrative, the coronavirus is less fatal than the flu with a 99.6% recovery rate. This is a casedemic made possible by the non-diagnostic PCR tool rife with false positives.
For a moment, consider this as truth against the backdrop of hypocrisy, from not only leaders like Nancy Pelosi and their non-masked behavior, but in our ability to go to Walmart but not church. How can Democrats prematurely celebrate a Biden win when they refused to go vote in person just three days earlier?
Coronavirus seemingly has carte blanche. Was the coronavirus used to alter and eliminate laws put in place over the course of decades to preserve the integrity of the ballot box?
Stumbling upon hundreds and hundreds of filed lawsuits involving election administration issues linked to the coronavirus outbreak supports this possibility.
“There have been more lawsuits filed this year before the election trying to change election rules than I’ve ever seen before,” Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, has said. “They’ve been trying to take advantage of COVID-19 to get the changes they’ve wanted for years into election rules.”
Trainer agrees. Covid has been the pretext for all the mail-in voting, which is rife with potential fraud, he says. “On the surface, ‘vote-by-mail’ sounds like a quick and easy way for every registered voter to participate in our democracy. In reality, it opens the U.S. to fraudulent elections on a massive scale that will probably result in invalid results, contested elections, and delays lasting weeks, if not months,” he wrote in an October Op Ed titled Vote by Mail: The Unintended Consequences.
Having practiced election law for almost two decades, served as the general counsel for the Texas secretary of state, been involved in statewide recounts in Florida, Michigan, and Texas, and litigated numerous election contests, including one before the Texas House of Representatives, I can unequivocally state that the best way to make sure your vote counts in this election is to vote in person.
“Certain Deep State democrats have been hard at work to weaken laws that give way to voter fraud,” adds a Republican who oversees a voter integrity non-profit. The man, who wished to remain anonymous, says the main election firm behind these suits is Perkins Coie, run by Marc Elias, the same firm that served as the passthrough for the Steele Dossier. He adds that the Clinton campaign has given money to Perkins Coie. This is also the same law firm that is now defending Dominion.
On their website, Perkins Coie features their ‘Four Pillars’ lawsuits promoting “safeguards that are necessary to prevent voter disenfranchisement.” To learn more, check out Democracy Docket, a platform run by Elias “for progressive advocacy and information about voting rights, elections, redistricting and democracy.
What is the conclusion when you factor in the modification of election laws due to covid19, mail-in voter-related irregularities, and vulnerabilities with the electronic Dominion Voting System?
The Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) ballot-counting system was reportedly used in 28 states during the election and contains Chinese-made hardware components, as well as the Smartmatic ballot software. (You can go to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to see what states use what voting machines.)
While Dominion says it is a nonpartisan company, it has acknowledged connections with the Clinton Global Initiative. Dominion’s first-ever lobbying firm is Brownstein Farber Hyatt & Schreck. Nadeam Elshami, Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff, is one of the lobbyists on the account. The company is based out of Toronto, Canada, with its Sysctl servers reportedly located overseas.
Given its foreign ties, can Trump’s Executive Order 13848, “Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election,” be used to legally call into question this election?
“It’s a foreign company, no matter how you look at it, so they’ve already violated the President’s order against foreign interference in our elections,” Powell said in reference to Dominion Voting Systems. “Our votes were actually eventually counted in Barcelona, Spain or Frankfurt, Germany on foreign servers.”
The mainstream media and the left are painting this as conspiratorial. Yet foreign interference or not, electronic voting also comes with its vulnerabilities.
The potential for abusing these machines is not new. Fourteen years ago, Lou Dobbs covered a story for CNN titled Smartmatic Based in Venezuela Sold to Sequoia, Top Officials Still in Venezuela, Before Sale to Dominion. Why didn’t he mention this to Sidney Powell or his thousands of viewers this month? Is this a recycled storyline that banks on memory holes?
Cyber Security Analyst James Ramsland’s affidavit explains that the Dominion Voting System has options “to be an electronic paperless voting system with no permanent record of the voter’s choices, paper ballot based systems, or a hybrid of those two.”
“An update file didn’t properly synchronize the ballot barcode generation and reading portions of the system. If that is indeed the case, there is no reason to assume this would be an isolated error,” reads the affidavit.
In a video, reportedly from 2017, Dominion Director Eric Coomer (a man who has expressed his disdain for Trump and allegiance to Antifa) demonstrates how Dominion’s voting machines and software works. One feature, he explains, is the ability to manually enter votes. A feature Dominion calls “adjudication.”
Coomer says this feature is meant to be used when a voter doesn’t mark the ballot correctly and the machine cannot read which candidate was selected.
If this happens, an operator can “adjudicate” the ballot. This means they manually select what candidate they think the voter meant to choose.
Both Dominion and Smartmatic, its subsidiary, Sequoia Voting Systems have dismissed concerns over their systems. They refute all allegations hinting at insecure voting processes. Smartmatic posted a tweet this week, outright denying their transfer of technology to Dominion voting systems.
Smartmatic may deny ties to Dominion Voting Systems, but in a 2015 interview about Smartmatic’s role in the Philippines elections, Chairman Malloch-Brown admitted to a licensing agreement with Dominion. Smartmatic was started in Caracas but disingenuously described as a Florida company with a small office in Boca Raton.
Meanwhile, Syctl (partnered with Microsoft) also “strongly denies the fake news and maintains they don’t provide any electronic voting machines to US jurisdictions & do NOT tabulate, tally or count votes in US elections.” Syctl is a Barcelona based company that provides many election products all over the world, including the United States. They describe themselves as a “leader in digital voting and electoral modernization.”
Americans who started scouring the internet for more information about the link between these two companies attest they began “scrubbing” details that were once listed online. For instance, I can attest that profiles from Dominion employees disappeared from LinkedIn.
As the New Right Network writes, these companies are interconnected through “name changes, acquisitions, shell companies, and holding companies.” The true identity of most of Smartmatic’s shareholders remains a mystery.
In December 2007, Smartmatic announced the sale of their Sequoia Voting Systems to Dominion Voting Systems. Sequoia is based out of China.
Meanwhile, isn’t it odd that Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), a federal government agency part of the Department of Homeland Security issued a joint system along with Dominion. Who sits on CISA’s “Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council?” Microsoft. Dominion. Syctl. Smartmatic. Associated Press. Voting Works. And More!
The council’s charter states that its primary mission is to “advance the physical security, cybersecurity, and emergency preparedness of the nation’s election infrastructure, in accordance with existing U.S. law,” and that “this mission will be accomplished through voluntary actions of the infrastructure owners and operators represented in the Council.”
