Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett on Thursday turned down a request from students at Indiana University to block its vaccine mandate.

The application was submitted to Amy Coney Barrett because she oversees emergency appeals from the 7th Circuit, which includes Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin.

Amy Coney Barrett, a Trump appointee, did not refer the matter to the full Court or give a reason for her decision, Reuters reported.
