Attorneys representing The Gateway Pundit, Jim Hoft and Joe Hoft, have notified Fulton County, Georgia to preserve all evidence related to the 2020 Election.   

The attorneys representing The Gateway Pundit, Jim Hoft and Joe Hoft, have notified Fulton County, Georgia’s Board of Elections and related to parties to preserve all evidence related to the 2020 Election.

The attorney’s made the request to numerous parties in Fulton County.   Below is a portion of the letter notifying the county of their duty to preserve these items.

The document preservation notice relates to the lawsuit from Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss who sued the Gateway Pundit for its articles on the two women in the aftermath of the 2020 Election.
