Just 12 days after collapsing on the field during Monday Night Football from cardiac arrest, Damar Hamlin appears to be reunited with his teammates in an Instagram post shared by Bills linebacker Matt Milano.

Hamlin’s recovery has been remarkable.

Only days after the cardiac arrests, news surfaced that Hamlin had regained consciousness.

By that Friday, Hamlin was able to make a surprise visit to a Bills team meeting via FaceTime.

Hamlin has provided regular updates on his progress via Twitter.

Not home quite just yet. Still doing & passing a bunch of test. Special thank-you to Buffalo General it’s been nothing but love since arrival! Keep me in y’all prayers please! #3strong

Headed home to Buffalo today with a lot of love on my heart.Watching the world come together around me on Sunday was truly an amazing feeling. The same love you all have shown me is the same love that I plan to put back into the world n more. Bigger than football!

As a thank you to the first responders and medical staff at the UC Trauma Center that cared for him, Hamlin launched a fundraiser for them.
