NBC Reports On Study Finding Natural Immunity Stronger Than COVID Vaccination

Mainstream media outlets are beginning to report on a Lancet study that suggests natural immunity is stronger than COVID-19 vaccination.

NBC News published an article titled ‘Immunity acquired from a Covid infection is as protective as vaccination against severe illness and death, study finds.’

The study, published Thursday, says infection-acquired immunity reduces by 88% the risk of hospitalization and death from COVID-19.

The study was a meta-analysis of over 60 different studies from 19 different countries.

Natural immunity provides “at least as high, if not higher” protection from COVID-19 than two doses of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine.

The study’s authors called on public officials to accept that natural immunity is a viable way to protect oneself from COVID-19.

The director of the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington, Dr. Chris Murray touted the study’s analysis. “There’s quite a long sustained protection against severe disease and death, almost 90% at 10 months. It is much better than I had expected, and that’s a good thing for the world, right?”

“It means there’s an awful lot of immunity out there,” he added.

Social media users erupted following the mainstream coverage supportive of natural immunity. “Apparently, NBC News was today years old before they finally figured out what many of us have known for almost three years. Yet people lost their livelihoods and a lot more because our government and public health establishment LIED about natural immunity,” one Twitter user wrote.

“Oh New study found? More like what people were saying during 2020 that was labeled as misinformation by the big tech Oligarchs,” one user replied to the CNN article tweet.
