Between Thursday and Saturday, InvestigateJ6, Julie Kelly, and the New York Times confirmed reports that Jen Loh, National Director for LEXIT (Latino-Exit), is an FBI informant. Ms. Loh attempted to contact reporter Charles Downs multiple times over several months under false pretenses. This is Downs’ first-hand account of his encounters with Ms. Loh.
After reading InvestigateJ6’s tweet Saturday morning, I recognized the name, Jen Loh. I immediately opened my phone’s contacts and found her. Jen was saved in my phone as “Jen Loh Latinos for Trump.” Jen’s number was also a 210 area code. Ms. Loh’s area code matches the reports that she was based out of San Antonio, Texas. The title, Latinos for Trump Founder, that Ms. Loh provided me with matched the reported title she provided to other individuals she spied on.

I first came in contact with Loh in May of 2022 through another individual. I do not know if this individual is a victim of Ms. Loh’s lies as I am or if this person played a more sinister role. At the time, I was thinking of planning an event in Texas, and this individual suggested I contact Ms. Loh.
I reached out to Ms. Loh on May 23rd, 2022. During our first conversation, Ms. Loh informed me that she was an incredible political organizer and would be able to get many people to attend the event.
During our conversations, Ms. Loh seemed much more interested in my viral Antifa encounter and political writings than in planning an event. Ms. Loh repeatedly asked about my future tweets and writing. Ms. Loh would continue to ask similar questions; every time I gave no response.
After my third phone call with Ms. Loh, I decided not to respond to any future communication from her. However, that did not prevent Ms. Loh from attempting to contact me. Ms. Loh attempted to call or text me for three months. I did not respond to these calls or messages. The last text message I received from Ms. Loh was on Thursday, September 1st, 2022.
I have always been a law-abiding citizen. I would never want anyone to experience the political violence that I have. I am confused and hurt that my government would treat me like an enemy of the state. If you have a similar story, I encourage you to come forward. Our 1st Amendment must never be canceled.
