FLIP FLOP: Biden Demands Americans Wear Masks Again, Loses Temper When Reminded He Said The Opposite In May

Democrat President Joe Biden changed his tune on mask wearing in public this Thursday, now demanding that Americans wear masks after stating, “if you are fully vaccinated, you no longer need to wear a mask” in May 2021.

“We need to a wear a mask to protect each other and to stop the rapid spread of this virus as we work to get more people vaccinated,” Biden insisted on Thursday, adding that he will now wear a mask whenever he is indoors. Biden had previously been criticized for wearing the mask long after he said it was no longer necessary.

In May, Biden stated, “If you are fully vaccinated, you no longer need to wear a mask,” noting “This was made possible by the extraordinary success we’ve had in vaccinating so many Americans, so quickly.” Biden now seems to have changed his tune on how many Americans have been vaccinated, despite the number of vaccinated people growing by the day.

Fox News’ Peter Doocy confronted Biden over the reversal of rhetoric on Thursday, stating, “Mr. President, you said, ‘If you are fully vaccinated, you no longer need to wear a mask.’…” to which Biden responded, “No, I didn’t say that” despite evidence to the contrary.

“In May, you made it sound like the vaccine was the ticket to losing the masks forever,” Doocy reminded Biden, prompting the president to yell out, “That is true at the time, because I thought there were people who were going to understand that getting vaccinated made a gigantic difference, and what happened was, the new variant came along, they didn’t get vaccinated, it was spread more rapidly, and people, more people were getting sick. That’s the difference.”

A Biden spokesperson said Thursday that the regime is open to supporting mass lockdowns if the CDC changes its guidance yet again.
