German security officials are warning of the prospect of mass civil unrest this fall and winter as citizens of the European nation are expected to go cold or worse amidst a government-engineered fuel crisis. Germany’s left-wing government is already taking steps to limit energy use in public spaces, largely at the expense of the population, including by cutting off street lights at night. Chancellor Olaf Scholz is calling the fuel crisis his government has helped cause a “powder keg for society.”
Germany’s energy crisis comes as the nation, which sits atop the liberal EU power structure, has taken a hardline globalist position against Russia’s recent incursion into contested Ukrainian territory. The government’s actions, which largely consist of sanctions and international bad-mouthing, have come at the expense of the German people and others in the EU, as European governments have relied on Russian oil and other fuels to power their comfortable societies, all while lamenting the fossil fuel industry and stifling domestic energy production of their own.
45th President Trump warned Germany and the EU about the consequences of their reliance on Russian fuel and the Nord Stream pipelines, which ferry energy products from Russia to the European interior. The pipelines boast deep financial ties to the families of Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi, as well as other major players within the liberal world order.
Russia cut fuel deliveries to EU nations following their invasion of Ukraine, and governments there have been left reeling ever since.

The head of Germany’s BfV federal intelligence agency for the state of Thuringia, Stephan Kramer warns that the potential unrest over energy scarcities and forced discomfort at the hands of Germany’s left-wing government will make anti-COVID lockdown demonstrations look like “a kid’s birthday party.”
Kramer, who conceded that protests against national energy decimation would be “legitimate,” also warned that “extremists” who opposed COVID tyranny, including those he calls “lateral thinkers,” could take part in demonstrations against Germany’s anti-energy policies. In Germany, federal and regional governments have taken an authoritarian left-wing position against any speech or activism deemed right-wing and regularly arrest political dissidents, like those who opposed COVID lockdowns.
Repercussions of Germany’s fuel crisis are already being seen by the nation’s citizens, as the government starts initiatives to cut power consumption in public spaces, including by turning off street lights in the dark. Chancellor Olaf Scholz is pleading with German citizens to cut power consumption at home as well.
Germany’s fuel crisis also comes as the nation’s left-wing government looks to cement its radical agenda, with a coalition of Social Democrats and Greens linked to the old Communist regime of East German at the very top.
Recently, the government of Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced its plan to replace Germany’s “Transgender Law” with a new “Self Determination Act.” Under the legislation, Germans aged 14 and up will be able to legally change their name and gender once a year every year and those who use the wrong pronouns to address them could be thrown in jail.
The radical Self Determination Act even goes so far as to totally eliminate parental rights, making the government the arbiter of children’s medical decisions regarding transgenderism and its life-altering surgical procedures.
