Halloween at the White House consisted of a doddering Joe Biden handing out his germs to children.
Biden was seen repeatedly rubbing snot from his nose and coughing into the same hand, in which he was holding candy and giving it to children.

He also dropped some of the candy all over the floor:
Then Biden had a good long sniff of a baby:
He slobbered all over some fake ice cream:
At another point he got lost while just standing there:
While his carer wife was dressed as a cat, Biden just went as himself:
Wait. Where did Biden get the candy from?
Earlier Biden slurred and stumbled his way through a scripted speech on AI, something he clearly has absolutely no clue about:
