Potential hate crime being investigated by police
An elderly Jewish man in California was reportedly hit with a megaphone by a pro-Palestine protester earlier this week, causing the man to fall, hit his head against the concrete and die.
Disturbing footage shows the man lying on the ground with blood gushing from his head as bystanders attend to him.
A second video shows blood on the concrete and medics taking the injured man away in an ambulance while pro-Palestine demonstrators continue shouting slogans.

According to the Ventura County medical examiner, 69-year-old Paul Kessler’s death was ruled a homicide.
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office has not ruled out a hate crime and could pursue charges against the suspect, who is being considered a person of interest.
Independent journalist Christina Buttons posted a photo of Kessler taken just before he was attacked and shared a picture allegedly showing his attacker.
A local ABC 7 news report that aired Monday night confirmed a pro-Palestine demonstrator hit Kessler with the megaphone in the head and knocked him to the ground, ultimately killing him.
The local report also stated the pro-Palestine group walked across the street to confront the pro-Israel group of protesters.
Tensions are high in America and elsewhere thanks to the Israel-Hamas conflict, and it appears violence has already spread beyond the Middle East.
