The Colorado Supreme Court ruled 4-3 in favor of barring 45th President Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot in an unprecedented case of judicial election interference and an actual attack on American democracy. Notably, every single member of the Colorado Supreme Court was appointed by a Democrat Governor.
Colorado Supreme Court Justices Monica Marquez, William Hood, Richard Gabriel, and Melissa Hart made up the majority side of the court’s 4-3 ruling that struck 45th President Donald J. Trump from Colorado’s 2024 Presidential Primary and General Election ballots.
The ruling marks the first time in American history that the 14th Amendment has been used to bar a candidate from the ballot, with the Colorado justices claiming that, despite Trump having not been convicted of a single crime, his questioning of the rigged 2020 election results constituted an “insurrection” and a Confederate-style “rebellion” against the U.S. government.
The ruling is expected to be appealed and taken to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Unsurprisingly, as Colorado is one of several states to have been captured by billionaire globalists in recent years, every single member of the state’s Supreme Court was appointed by a Democrat Governor.

The politically motivated removal of President Trump from the ballot in Colorado is expected to be the first of many attempts to do the same thing in numerous states around the nation going into 2024, as Democrats and their GOP establishment allies abuse the American legal system in a naked effort to influence elections and keep Trump out of the White House.
