The Emergency Owen Shroyer Legal Defense Fund is now live on Christian crowdfunding site GiveSendGo, after being banned from left-wing crowdfunding platform GoFundMe. The fundraiser has already reached 70% of its $250,000 goal.
InfoWars host Owen Shroyer’s Emergency Legal Defense Fund, launched after an arrest warrant was issued for Shroyer for protesting in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 6, was initially hosted on GoFundMe, but the left-wing platform swiftly purged the fundraiser page.

The legal defense fund was then moved to crowdfunding website GiveSendGo, where the description states, “Owen Shroyer, a syndicated talk show host and reporter, has been issued an arrest warrant for alleged activities on January 6th, 2021. The activity documented in the warrant? Standing on the steps outside the Capitol peacefully, while his news team was attempting to stop any potential violence. Owen wants to mount a strong defense against these charges that have shocked many legal experts in their emptiness, and disheartened many lovers of free speech.”
“This will not be a cheap defense, and could go on for a long time,” the description continues. “Help make sure Owen has the best legal defense team possible to win this fight. All funds go directly and exclusively towards Owen’s legal counsel and fees.”
Shroyer’s lead legal counsel Norm Pattis is quoted as stating, “This prosecution is a frontal assault on the First Amendment. We intend to fight it as though the rights of every American to speak out, assemble and petition for redress of grievances are at stake because, in fact, those rights are in jeopardy.” As of press time, the fund has raised some $176,000, or 70%, towards its $250,000 goal.
As National File previously reported, Shroyer was charged for standing on the steps of the U.S. Capitol on Jan.6 by the Biden regime, announcing the news last week while hosting a program on InfoWars.
