Video: Bishop Stabbed in Sydney Attack Spoke Against Zionist Aggression

Orthodox Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel, who was stabbed in the pulpit of Sydney, Australia’s Christ The Good Shepherd Church during Monday night services, has spoken out against the Israeli government and Zionist aggression in the Holy Land and personally done mission and charity work in service of the Palestinians of Gaza.

In the aftermath of his stabbing at the hands of a thus-far unnamed assailant, video footage of Orthodox Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel criticizing Israel from the pulpit has gone viral, in which the Bishop describes his interaction with a small Palestinian girl and calls on the Israeli government to “stop killing these angels.”

In addition to his criticism of Israel and defense of war-ravaged Palestinian civilians, Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel has been a prominent voice against cultural Marxism that’s subverted modern Christianity and is known as a staunch defender of traditional family values. Bishop Mar Mari has also taken a hardline stance against COVID jabs and lockdowns, positions that have won him supporters and detractors alike, in Australia and globally, thanks to his online following.

The Bishop’s attacker, who also injured an additional Priest as well as several congregants, has yet to be named, but it’s been reported that he has been identified as a 15-year-old male, who sustained some injuries while being subdued by churchgoers, who held him at bay until police arrived the scene.

A knife-wielding attacker stormed the pulpit of Sydney, Australia’s Christ The Good Shepherd Church and appeared to stab Bishop Mar Mari in the face, before unleashing a fury of additional stabs and slashes, leaving multiple other people injured as congregants quickly fought to subdue him.
